Sales Manager - Service Optimization Software. Wes

They sell a range of software and services around CRM and Work Force Management on a global basis.

Your role will be to look after revenues of $25 million and act as a senior mentor both with the team internally, but also as a heavy weight during deal conclusions. Your team will be focused primarily on Utilities, Telco, and High-Tech. This will be across the UK, but also Benelux, the Nordics and France.

They need someone who is on the way up in their career and has a very successful track record of winning big software deals. Management experience is needed, but a few years is acceptable if you have the sales experience. You should also have highly polished presentation skills, and be very smart in appearance. This role has big rewards but also expects people to work hard to do what is necessary.
