*Salary: £70,000- £80,000 base with an uncapped OTE £140,000 + company phone + laptop, generous pension, healthcare and progression paths

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to sell Bank Software to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail Banks across the UK. The role will be a hybrid of new business development and existing account management. You will be performing against set targets and KPI's to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The successful Business Development Manager, will have experience in selling Software into Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail Banks. Ideally, you will speak an additional language. You will need to be strong in new logo, as well as have a proven track record in managing an existing portfolio of accounts. You will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI's. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve success. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.

The Package:
The basic salary on offer for the successful Business Development Manager, ranges between £70,000 - £80,000, with a rewarding uncapped OTE of £140,000 in your first year! Other benefits include… company car, phone + laptop, generous pension, health care and opportunities to progress.
