Join a leading Business Process Outsourcer in Financial Services to the global market with a track record of almost two decades. With clients at all levels from Blue Chip to Public Sector, the core competencies have grown over the years to include auditing, data capture and document processing, whilst still establishing the reputation as a trusted market leader.

Requiring an exceptionally strong Sales Manager capable of dealing with companies of all sizes ranging from SMEs to Blue Chip Corporates, your role will be to develop and manage existing client opportunities to achieve revenue and quality targets alongside the production of performance and sales forecasts. Despite rapid growth, the right candidate championing our new products will continue to contribute to the strategic development of a constantly expanding business.

you will be promoting the our services and processes and whilst following new leads is an integral part of the assignment, there will be a varied opportunity to assist with bid writing and sales pitching to senior levels and the creation of on site proposals and presentations. You will be securing and maintaining existing client relationships and ensuring that they are satisfied with our high level of service. You will also be using your network of contacts to gain competitor intelligence and apply this knowledge to develop relative attractiveness in the marketplace. Meeting annual targets and improving end-to-end sales cycles will ensure a solid and visible career progression.

You will have a few years experience selling service solutions to Global 1000 organisations, available for international travel and showing a consistent and proven record of winning new sales and closing new leads while meeting yearly targets. An ability to meet all levels of management alongside a comprehensive understanding of the business process. Exceptional Analytical skills, and a history of understanding business structures at corporate levels including lead generation, the ability to identify real sales opportunities, presentations to all levels and drawing up detailed proposals in order to close. The ability to influence and persuade is a must, alongside a tenacious attitude and a comprehensive knowledge of the consultative sales process and a knowledge of answering detailed tenders will ensure that the appropriate candidate will be unstoppable.

The successful candidate will receive a basic of £60k – based on experience - with an obtainable on target earnings potential of £100k based on targeted earnings, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance and everything you will need to complete the job to the best of your ability.
