Sales & Marketing Manager

The client produces and develops High Temperature Superconductor (HTS) materials and devices. HTS is a key technology for meeting the 21st century’s challenges in the fields of energy technology and climate protection.

Having proved the benefits of HTS, the company are looking to make a key step change. They have engaged the services of a top end consultancy to develop their growth strategy and are looking for a suitably qualified individual to work with the consultancy to ensure top end results and be in the ideal position to implement the proposed strategy moving forward.

It is likely that you will be experienced in marketing and business development, particularly with new products and associated growth strategies. You will also be comfortable working with and experienced at getting the most out of specialist consultancies. The product is being sold into established markets so you will be responsible for delivering a marketing and sales strategy which changes purchasing behaviours.


Previous knowledge of the power, engineering and capital equipment markets would be preferable although not essential. You are also likely to hold a professional qualification in marketing and be competent in at least one European language, preferably German (in addition to English).
