SALES & MARKETING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS/MANAGERS – HONG KONG
Renowned brand with an impressive client portfolio is looking to boost their industry leading sales & marketing contingency recruitment team. Currently operating across three verticals they are keen to seize a rare opportunity of building a new vertical covering IT&T; manufacturing, construction & engineering.
ROLE
With substantial resources backing the new venture they are looking for senior consultants with the expertise of placing middle to senior management level positions and the vision to enhance this established brand in Hong Kong and surrounding region.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Senior consultant wanting to move into management or a new manager to own the responsibility and build his own team
2. Business development professional with the drive and enthusiasm to open doors within a business to business environment.
3. You must be mature, credible and accomplished enough to deal with associate vice presidents, vice presidents and above
4. Must have depth and breadth to their professionalism
5. Are you a team player with the ability to lead from the front?
TRAINING / PROGRESSION
Ongoing training plus several opportunities for career advancement within a very transparent management structure.
PACKAGE
Consultants: $HK35-45K/month
Manager: $HK55-60K/month
Amongst the most competitive remuneration schemes in the industry
