SAP Change Management Analyst

My client are urgently seeking a contractor to join their team on an initial 2 month contract.
You will be tasked with:
- Defining a new end to end change management process from initiation of change requests through to the full implementation of all changed system components with supporting documentation.
- You will have the ability to understand and test process flows with practical application.
- Ideally you will have had involvement in SAP implementations
