An exciting opportunity has become available for an SAP Development and Security Manager to work for a top FTSE 100 company.
SAP Development and Security Manager, The Role:-
Accountable for the delivery of Development and security application maintenance :-
Deliver BAU Fix-on-Fail within SLA and to the satisfaction of the Business area representative.
Provide support to enable process change and evolution
Optimise BAU support focusing on reducing low value added activities and enhancing customer service
Support the SAP Operational manager in the day-to-day running of the SAP service.
Support the Head of SAP service management to define the SAP vision, strategy and roadmap as well as provide a professional best in class SAP service.
Develop employees in both management and technical competencies to increase engagement and performance.
Provide expertise on SAP Security and best practices, including GRC and BW security
SAP Development and Security Manager, The Person:-
Mandatory: Experience of service management within a commercial relationship
Line management experience including career management, recruitment, development of team members and motivation
Expertise in the Security area (including GRC , BW security) with evidence of full cycle project implementations
Knowledge of HR, MM, SD, AP/AR, PS and Payroll Modules would be desirable
Knowledge of delivering upgrades and new functionality would be an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
A motivator and leader of analysts with overall accountability for compliance and development
