SAP HR Business Process Analyst

Role Purpose:

The SAP HR Business Process Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of the agreed design in a specific area of expertise, these are namely, Talent Management, e-Recruiting, Training & Events, Performance Management & Succession Planning

Delivering the integrated systems, process and business change solution for the HR workstream


Skills / Competencies / Experience Required

•A deep understanding of all relevant HR business systems and processes
•Specialist knowledge of the HR business areas either as an HR practioner or HR Systems support role
•A good operational working knowledge of the SAP HCM solution and capability
•Full life cycle experience of SAP HCM implementations
•Ability to use their experience and expertise to listen, guide and challenge the business on the processes during the blueprint phase
•Strong workshop facilitation skills with the ability to manage disparate groups of individuals
•Good communication skills (oral, written and listening)
•Good ability to work in a team-based environment
•Good inter-personal skills (i.e. ability to get support/co-operation from others not directly under his/her control).
•Ability to interact with all levels in an organisation
