You are the glue that holds the team together. In addition, you can listen carefully to what people want, but also dare to push back in a - sometimes political - playing field. You oversee the overall, able to anticipate - even in situations that change quickly - and can (re) structure things. A great set of communication skills are also very important.
A B.Sc. or higher
At least 3 years of experience in a similar job in which you coached a team
Relevant certificates, for example CSPO and CSM
Experience with (Prince), using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, KanBan
Knowledge of user experience, bench marking, usability research and knowledge of web technologies
