Senior Account Director/Client Services Director

Are you an experienced Account Handler within Healthcare Advertising, maybe at the Senior Account Director, Group Account Director or Client Services Director level but looking for a real opportunity to help move an existing agency to the next level and to be extremely well rewarded for doing so?

Have you thought you’d like to establish your own agency but have never had the opportunity or perhaps the finance or courage to do so?

Our client is a small but well established, independent and ambitious healthcare advertising agency based near Oxford and they are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join them and help take the company to the next level. The objective in the medium term will be for the successful candidate to take the lead role in the agency, at which point a generous share in the business may be offered in the form of stock options which one day could of course turn out to be rather valuable.

Initially you will provide commercially focused leadership to a select few key company accounts, emphasising excellence in client service and account handling whilst helping to drive the growth of the business. You will work to secure more European projects working alongside partner agencies within their established independent network of agencies spanning the major European countries and you will be expected to continually evolve and refine internal processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high quality outputs. Team leadership and motivation will of course be crucial to the smooth running of a successful team.

The ideal candidate will already be a ‘stand-out’ Account Director with a some expertly serviced Healthcare clients, but with a firm inner belief that they can work at the very top of a long standing and well respected Full Service Agency.
