About the Client
An established market research agency based in Central London with a strong team of market researchers and long standing clients is presently looking to recruit a Senior Associate Director who will provide expertise in the design and management of quantitative customer satisfaction research.
In return our client offers you the opportunity to work with great online research technology and reporting tools.
About the Role
The Senior Associate Director will join one of the leading business units within this medium sized market research agencies. Managing 2 Executives and an established client base across the leisure, travel and utilities sector you will lead the customer satisfaction research offering.
As such your responsibilities will include:
The development of client relationships and identification of business opportunities within existing clients.
The design of creative market research solutions for continuous and ad-hoc customer satisfaction projects
Overall management of the project delivery, leading and motivating your research team
Creative use and development of the technology platforms, reporting methods and online research
Support the Divisional Director and Business Development Manager in the business planning and achieving commercial success.
What We’re Looking For
This will prove the perfect next step if you are looking for a leadership position with people management. You will presently be working within the primary quantitative market research environment and have experience of customer satisfaction research.
