Senior Business Analyst
Middlesex - South East
My Client requires a Senior Business Analyst/Development Manager to lead all requirements definition and design for their Capital Programmes. This critical role will be responsible for defining complex systems requirements for multi-million pound capital construction projects.
You will cover the following areas- communications, security, operational systems, building systems and developing solutions and you must have demonstrable experience in writing briefs that will form the basis of multi-million pound supplier contracts.
You will develop systems briefs and other relevant documents and costing of systems to be delivered.
The successful candidate must be an expert Business Analyst with exceptional stakeholder management skills as you will be managing complex stakeholder environments to gain agreement and signoff of both requirements and acceptance of implemented systems.
You will have demonstrable experience defining requirements and briefs for major infrastructure projects and you will have experience of large scale procurement and system provision through large supply contracts.
Roles responsibilities will include;
Overseeing the meeting of requirements and briefs through the delivery and commissioning process whether delivered by 3rd parties or internally,
Ensuring requirements are clear, complete and relevant and remain appropriately aligned with operational strategies, business objectives and strategy and standards,
And building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mitigation of risks and successes in implementation.
