Our client is a global IT services market leader, providing a range of professional HR software applications and Business Process Outsourcing services into the corporate sector worldwide. They offer an overall solution combining skill, knowledge and innovation, giving their clientele a competitive advantage. They now require the services of an experienced Senior Business Development Manager here in the UK.
This rewarding, yet highly challenging role will see you developing new business opportunities through-out enterprise level market sectors, providing innovative BPO solutions at senior management level. You will engage in major proposals liaising from IT Managers through to CEO's.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development with an HR payroll BPO background. However, exceptional applicants with a background in HRMS or related services will also be considered. Your drive for high-end sales coupled with an aggressive approach to closing the sales will see you successful in your application.
