Senior Business Development Manager – Microsoft Dy

My client is recognised for their leading edge enterprise technology solutions across infrastructure and Business Systems. As a reputable Microsoft Gold Partner, their market share has grown consistently with major growth experienced over the last 12 months. Subsequently, a very important and influential role has been approved for the addition of a highly experienced and motivated New Business Executive to focus on customer acquisition over their EMEA market, focusing on the promotion of the suite of Microsoft Business Applications, namely the Dynamics range of solutions to the broader commercial arena. This position will have the very real prospect of leading a national team within 18 months.

This role will have strong emphasis on building new relationships with high-ranking decision makers across a varied range of customers and industries. You will liaise with individuals in high level positions; predominantly C& D level management and you will be required to present business cases to board room audiences. You will follow strategic new business development processes methodically, utilising your outstanding business acumen to build trust and solid relationships with people of strategic influence. You will indirectly manage resources such as pre-sales and technical staff to handle back-end detailing whilst you manage the commercial aspect of each opportunity.

You will have to demonstrate a proven new business track record in the MS Dynamics space with deals closed at executive level. You have an excellent understanding of the technology from a commercial perspective and can present a solid commercial case to groups of senior business professionals. You have sold high value technology solutions and are comfortable working autonomously and travelling across a national territory. You are career focused with a strong desire to pave your way to a leadership position through performance and general ability to positively influence those around you. The successful applicant can expect nothing less than an A grade environment which has been created to breed enthusiasm, professionalism and subsequently greater opportunity.
