Senior Cards Implementation Manager (Global Bank)

My customer are a Global Bank, this is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Implementation team within Global Transaction Services. The role is customer focused and demands that the individual take the lead in many diverse projects of varying complexity taking the customer from 'deal won' through to live operation. As a consequence, primarily the skills that are required are the correct blend of customer management experience, project management skills with strong commercial Cards knowledge. The successful candidate would be required to work with Corporate clients on a global basis, therefore a good working knowledge of T&E, P-Card and Lodge products would be required, specifically the understanding of Travel and Expense policies, P-Card flows and MIS reporting would be highly beneficial. There will be a requirement for good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within both the customer organisation and the Bank. Language proficiency in French, German, Finish or Swedish is preferred. Applicants must have significant card related experience (Credit/Charge Cards or Travel Industry) and a good track record as a Project Manager, ideally with a Project Management certification such as Prince.
