Senior Commercial Manager - South UK

As Senior Commercial Manager you will be responsible for ensuring contracts are undertaken on a commercially sound basis, dealing with any issues and ensuring contracts are managed appropriately. Managing contract through their life-cycle and working with customers overseas to maximise third party revenue.

The role will also require you to develop and implement innovative changes to bring value to the company and value for money to customers.
You will also take a lead role in negotiations both in the UK and offshore to bring the deals to a closure and ensure that at all points in the business life cycle commercial issues are raised and addressed in a manner which minimises any impact whilst meeting corporate aspirations and process.
As a leader you will be expected to provide advice and guidance to all members of the business as required, ensuring best practice across the business group.

Person Spec - You should have the following skills and experience
- Proven ability in managing high value complex deals with key clients both on and offshore, in commercial and governmental.
- Good knowledge of trade control and ITAR issues along with sound understanding of key contract terms including liabilities, warranties and IP.
- Solid understanding of pricing and financial models including cash flows and payment plans.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working with all levels across an organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication skills both written and oral.
- A track record of results in a similar position.
