Senior Consultant in Change Management

Our client delivers business transformation consultancy to major, multinational organizations, in the UK and globally. Their Business Consulting division focuses on enhancing company performance through a broad range of business programmes. They are looking for an experienced Change Management to join their rapidly growing team.
Key Objectives for the role:
· Delivering quality change management activities, within agreed timescales, to achieve required outcomes on large transformation projects.
· Measuring and reviewing progress of deliverables and outcomes in a timely manner with teams and clients
· Engaging with key stakeholders to help prepare them for change
· Working within a mixed team of consultants and clients ensuring they all understand key drivers for change
· Coaching client change staff in change management activities
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:
· Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
· Experience of technology lead change management programmes from design through to implementation and review (ideally on ERP or CRM programmes)
· Extensive Business consulting experience, within an external facing consultancy
· Experience of delivering change activities such as communications, training, organisation design, stakeholder management, business engagement, change readiness and culture change interventions to support change programmes
· To have delivered significant business outcomes as a result of a successful change activities
· Business Process content knowledge in either Finance, HR, CRM or Supply Chain
· Good understanding of Business Transformation - vision, strategy, target operating model, business case, benefits and delivery
