An international leader in the Financial Services market offering management consultancy services is looking to recruit a Senior Consultant on a permanent basis. We are looking for candidates with investment operations experience who can help continue the growth and success of our Investment Management consulting team.

Salary: £52k to £63k + benefits
Location: London with UK wide travel depending on client locations
Role
• Delivering and supporting the delivery projects/ programmes of work and leading teams
• Defining service propositions with a particular focus on investment administration (transaction and event processing, accounting and reporting, operational risk)
• Supporting the team sales efforts (supporting sales meetings and campaigns, using network, identifying opportunities on client sites) as well as planning and implementing sales campaigns, networking, delivering supplementary sales
• Supporting and influencing on-going recruitment
Key Experience
• Wealth of experience of either consulting to Investment Managers (and/ or related companies) or working in them; preferably both
• Understanding of Investment Management and related companies, products, distribution and operations
• Core consulting and project management skills with a track record of delivering programmes and managing teams
Typical Recent Projects
• Led a client workstream to define the outsourced investment operations service agreement for a large UK Asset Manager. Included requirements gathering, process definition, and designing a control and governance framework to ensure delivery of the required services.
• Delivered a Product Development Review to a large UK Fund Manager, incorporating the external market environment (supply and demand factors) and internal capability to identify potential risks & limitations.
• Designed and built a resource capacity model to support a new-build fund platform administration for a large UK Life and Pension company.
