This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic and dynamic Human Capital Management Consultancy who have a reputation for improving organisational performance through the delivery of behavioural change. Through their team of professional and experienced consultants, they work on every continent, undertaking large-scale performance improvement, organisational change and leadership development projects.
An energetic business, with a culture built around core values including respect and integrity, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to meet ambitious Company growth targets.
The Remit:
Utilising your extensive knowledge around Leadership & Organisational Development, Behavioural Change and Occupational Psychology, coupled with an exceptional commercial awareness, you will be able to design and deliver measurably successful learning programmes.
Your previous experience as a Consultant will enable you to open doors to new business relationships and as such you will be responsible for the identification, qualification and subsequent generation of new clients.
Highly motivated, you will posses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the strong personal presence and gravitas required to be a top-level facilitator and coach.
Largely autonomous in the role, you will be comfortable with high levels of responsibility, whilst your passion for learning and development will ensure your commitment to delivering competitive advantage to your clients through their people.
You will have a proven capability to present leadership and management development solutions in all formats of delivery including as a facilitator, on platform or as a coach.
