Senior Consultant - Market Insight/CRM

This leading retail insights consultancy is looking for a Senior Consultant to coordinate ad hoc projects designed to drive the success of major UK and European retail brands.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Attending client meetings to understand and shape client needs, and preparing proposals against these needs
- Producing briefs for the analytical, technical and research teams, to support project delivery against the proposal agreed by clients
- Driving the delivery of retail consulting based projects on-time, on-budget and with excellent levels of client satisfaction
- Creating consultative presentations summarising customer data prepared by the analysts and market research findings
- Supporting clients in delivering new insights from customer data, to guide category, store and marketing strategies
- Improving relationships with clients at all levels

You will be of graduate calibre with an astute commercial brain and have a strong track record within marketing consultancy. You will have proven experience of interrogating customer information, to develop insight and drive action, whilst delivering projects on time and to budget, with strong stakeholder management. Experience of UK retail is essential.
