Senior Consultant - Occupational Psychology
Oxfordshire - South East, Thames Valley
This market-leading specialist in Business Psychology is seeking an experienced Consultant to add real value to its service provision. Influencing at senior levels, this client-facing role demands a high level of interpersonal credibility to maximise business impact
Working on a wide portfolio of Occupational Psychology projects, candidates must be able to demonstrate expertise in some of the following areas; Leadership and Team Development, Talent Acquisition, Management and Psychometric Assessment.
As part of a growing and dynamic team, across a diverse portfolio of projects, the successful individual will demonstrate a clear ability to self motivate, with a strong focus on continual improvement.
For this exciting new role, we are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria;
Chartered Occupational Psychologist or MSc and evidence of working towards Chartership
Level A and Level B qualification in Psychometrics
A minimum of 2 years post qualification in a client-facing role
Demonstrable ability to influence at senior management level
Exceptional communication skills
Strong insight into what drives individual and team behaviours
Ideally skills in a second language
In addition to consultancy delivery, applicants will be capable of contributing to business development, by developing relationships with existing clients, as well as involvement in bids, tenders and presentations. The role is based in Oxfordshire, but candidates should be flexible for travel, throughout the UK and Europe.
