Senior Consumer Marketing Manager

This role heads up the Consumer Marketing team for a market leading international eCommerce giant. A well respected brand and operating in literally hundreds of countries, it is clear that this company have carved their own niche into the market.

The overall purpose is to define and deliver the consumer marketing strategy for this international market leader within the UK market, growing brand preference, usage and share of eCommerce this company currently holds.

You will also be responsible for:
- A £3 million marketing budget
- Define the longer term consumer marketing strategy
- Creating compelling marketing campaigns to deliver an increase in preference
- Leading consumer relationship marketing strategy and execution to support business objectives

The team:
- You will develop, direct and manage an existing team of 6, and lay plans for continued growth of team.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
- Extensive CRM experience (particularly of lifting revenues per user from large customer databases)
- Broad brand building experience
- Online and offline marcomms experience
- You will need to be very numerate, and highly analytical (Pivot / Lookup tables in Excel level)

Ideally you will hold an MBA.
