Requirements:
·Ph.D. in Economics, preferably in monetary and/or macroeconomics
·At least six years of research experience in central banking or policy research institutions
·A demonstrated record of research and publications on key policy issues in the above-mentioned disciplines
·Strong conceptual, analytical and quantitative skills, in particular time series econometrics
·Ability to convey complex ideas and analysis into policy questions
·Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
·Knowledge of economic issues of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states would be an advantage.
