Senior Engagement Manager Europe & CIS - Solutions Manager, Banking, Financial Services, Professional Services, Treasury, Capital Markets, Core Banking, Banking Services PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Europe & CIS reporting to the Global Head of Engagement Management, we are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to manage a team of Engagement Managers working across Europe & CIS region, assisting the Professional Services & Sales teams with the management of client relationships, the design and sale of winning solutions. The Engagement Manager will act in an advisory capacity throughout the lifecycle of the project assisting with the management of the relationship and the delivery. We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager responsible for the engagement process for large, complex, customized enterprise customer solutions, and targets current or prospective clients for prospecting and qualifying potential opportunities.  The Engagement Manager defines and negotiates solutions, including, the scope, financial arrangements, and is responsible for contract terms and conditions, with profit and loss responsibility for ongoing delivery of the engagement. The Engagement Manager will; Support presales in the sales process on all aspects related to the implementation of my client's products, and increase the awareness of the presales of what can be sold and what not, taking into consideration the impact on sales and deal flow; Respond to the implementation approach sections in the RFI/RFP providing the implementation framework, timelines, plans and estimates; Study customer business processes and make quotes/recommendations for solutions, developments, prices, and contribute to the development of concepts; Determine potential customer needs and requirements, hardware sizing, additional development etc; Analyze technical and business feasibility (with the help of product's functional and technical specialists) of proposed engagements by gathering relevant information and make recommendation; Define Service Level Agreements, which includes the scope, financial arrangements, access to consultants etc; Negotiate terms and conditions of engagement contracts; Ensure that my client's relationship with its partners is fostered and developed, and partner development programs are linked to the delivery of professional services; Develop and maintain positive working relationships with distributors and third party vendors in coordination with Client Services management. The successful candidates will have banking, professional services, sales & account management as well as delivery experience. Ideally you will come from a Project Management background, but have thorough commercial management expertise in designing and assisting the sale of winning solutions.
