Senior Estimator, £15 Million Turnover to £28 Million in the next Two Years!
With a focus on Timber Frame apartment buildings in and around the Basingstoke area, this contractor are looking to grow this business unit over the next two years and to do that, they are in need of a strong Estimator within this office.
The current project portfolio includes developments up to £40 Million, the scope of works can include Social Housing, Nursing Homes and small Supermarket Stores.
The main objectives of the role include the preparation of profitable tenders (on a competitive or negotiated basis), management the tender in accordance with Company procedures from it’s arrival through to rejection or acceptance and fulfilling the wider Bid Management role when required.
