Senior Estimator - NewBuild/Refurbs - Essex
North London - London, South East
Our client a New Build/Refurb/Fit Out Main Contractor based in Essex requires an experienced Senior Estimator.
You will have had a successful Commercial career up to date where you have had exposure on winning tender bids for New Builds & Refurbs/Fit Outs. This position offers a management route down the line so would best suit a candidate that is ready to make the next step and manage a department.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to bring on junior members of staff.
Ideally you will have a professional qualification, BSc Quantity Surveying, MCIOB etc.
This position offers a very generous package for the right candidate.
