Senior Facilities Manager
Surrey - London
This leading provider of Facilities Management are currently in the process of growing their dynamic team to cater for recent contracts coming to inception. With a pedigree that owns the credentials of £2.1 Billion Turnover, Sunday Times “Best Green Companies”, Design Awards, International Safety Award and many more in 2008 alone.
Working in-house you will have total responsibility for the delivery of all Facilities Management services including Post Rooms, Reception, Catering, Cleaning, M & E Services, Security, Emergency Procedures, Telecoms and all other Hard and Soft Facilities.
This senior position carries the responsibility of both the Hard and Soft Facilities Managers on site as well as a team of operatives, therefore experience of managing an in-house and contracted facilities team is essential.
The Head Office is based within the Surrey area with projects within stretching across the South London area of the region. This role demands an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification with a MBIFM being desirable but not essential.
