With customers such as BT, HSBC, Philips and E-on, this leading provider is currently responsible for over 14,000 properties across the UK, without bringing into account their operations in the Middle East and Canada.
With a plethora of contracts in the process of being agreed, the need for a Senior Facilities Manager has been highlighted to ensure delivery of product is paramount. The main duties of this role include managing the budget efficiently, to incorporate the smooth operation of both Hard and Soft facilities including Reception, Post Room and Disaster Recovery.
Other areas of focus will include to develop maximum profitable growth of the business through understanding client needs and maximizing the services delivered and championing excellent customer care. To ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client, Manage the complexity and risk of a large region / business area / location(s) owning considerations such as multiple client interfaces, significant P&L risks, complex estate issues, the range and way services will be delivered and to support the development of business wide initiatives including contract renewal strategy, contract management plans and customer improvement plans.
