Senior Finance Manager

My client is a household name & blue-chip Telecommunications provider currently has an exciting & rare opportunity to join their rapidly growing UK team as a Senior Finance Manager. This global brand currently services over 8.5 million customers worldwide offering a truly commercial opportunity.

The Role

Responsible to the Financial Controller, you will be tasked with managing the accounting processes and preparation of the monthly accounts whilst overseeing accounting functions for a number of aspects of the business.

Additional responsibilities will include to manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports and dealing with inter-company transactions. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring complete and accurate accounting for UK expenditure and the parent company.

What we are looking for

You will be fully qualified with recent management accountant experience within the Telco’s sector with sound excel and access skills. You will have had experience of managing small teams with the ability to influence and manage at a cross functional level. Previous non practice experience is also required with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working to tight deadlines

You will be bright, driven and naturally commercial. You will have the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment and initiate change whilst been able to work both independently and as a team.
