Due to continuing growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for senior Finance Transformation Consultants to join a leading global Consulting, Outsourcing and technology services organisation. As a result of successful performance and client demand, they seek to hire an experienced Principal Consultant level individual to assist in the growth of the practice around Finance, Accounting, Knowledge Management and IT.
With a solid blue chip client base, this role offers the opportunity to work with FTSE 100 and Government clients, high calibre colleagues, and excellent career progression.
You will be a key player within the delivery team, responsible for delivering engagements and programmes of work around the Finance function. More senior candidates will require a proven business development track record.
Successful candidates will have experience in the following areas:
• Delivering and leading major consultancy assignments
• Designing and implementing business and IT transformation projects around the Finance function
• Proven experience liaising with CXO clients
• Strong team leadership skills
• Business development and /or ‘on selling’ within existing business
• Exposure to one or more of the following industry sectors: FS, Energy/Utilities, Telecoms, Retail/FMCG, Government, Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturing
To be considered for this role candidates are required to be degree qualified and also hold a professional accountancy qualification. You will also have a strong finance consultancy/advisory background delivering finance transformation, performance management, working capital management, finance process or shared services engagements.
With offices and clients based UK wide you will be required to be fully mobile in regards to mobility. In return our client offers an excellent remuneration package.
