Senior Financial Analyst

My client is one of the world’s leading Financial Services groups and a FTSE 100 blue chip, providing general insurance products to over 20 million customers worldwide. It has around 10,000 employees in the UK at 14 sites. They are currently looking to a number of Senior Financial Analysts to their team.

The Role

We are looking for highly commercial Finance Professionals who can demonstrate their ability to add value to a business. In this role you will be responsible for:

Identifying key business areas to drive growth or cost saving opportunities
Driving the strategic agenda across the business for top line growth, and optimal cost bases
Leading change activity in the business ensuring benefits are delivered
Challenging the business to deliver budget based on continuous improvement
Interpreting financial performance of the Business, identifying risks and opportunities
Proactively challenging business decision making
Developing and motivating a high performing team

What we are looking for

To qualify for this role you will have good academics, with excellent interpersonal skills that allow you be able to explain complex financial details to non-finance colleagues. You will be happy to challenge the Status Quo and self motivated.
