My North London based client urgently requires a Senior Service Desk / Helpdesk Analyst / Team Leader to supervise and guide a team of 6 service desk agents. You will need to ensure that incidents are resolved within given SLA's. Previous supervisory experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. You must be immediately available to interview on Monday and start on Tuesday. You should have experience in supporting the following: XP, MS Office; Exchange 2003, Citrix, ITIL knowledge and experience in using Active Directory and LANDesk.
