Senior HR Consultant

Established for over 15 years, this thriving specialist in OD and Change Consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Consultant/ Business Partner to add real value to their growing client base. Working as part of a small dynamic team, across a diverse range of projects, the successful individual will demonstrate a clear ability to self motivate and deliver exceptional results at all times.
This client-facing role demands a high level of interpersonal credibility and the ability to influence clients at senior levels, in order to maximise business impact. Working on a wide portfolio of HR projects, candidates must also be flexible for involvement with wider assignments in L&D, OD and Business Change.
For this exciting new role, we are therefore seeking individuals who meet the following criteria;
· Qualified to CIPD/ Masters level in Human Resources
· A minimum of 2 years post qualification in a client-facing role
· Broad sector experience, including some private sector
· Demonstrable ability to influence at senior management level
· Exceptional communication skills
· Expertise in several of the following areas; HR Strategy, Policy Development, Talent Management, Performance Development, Employee Engagement
In addition to consultancy delivery, applicants will be capable and interested in developing new opportunities with existing clients, as well as contributing to new business, through involvement in client bids, tenders and presentations.
With offices in London, this role can be home-based, but there must be flexibility for frequent travel, the majority of which will be in and around the South East and London.
