Our Client is a substantial international provider of manufacturing services to a wide range of customers in the private and public sectors. Totally ‘recession proof’, the Client is expanding by the development of existing facilities and the need will be for a proactive HR Generalist who will be a vital and integral part of the senior management team.

Reporting to the Site Director and with daily links to the Group HR Director, the role will have responsibility for a full range of services including resourcing, safety, IR/ER, reward, L&D, manpower planning and organisational development. You will work closely with elected representatives and the broader community to ensure that this facility is seen as an employer of choice in a world class manufacturing facility.

Certainly IPD qualified and with graduate level education, you will be able to demonstrate a wide range of skills gained as a business partner. As a HR generalist, you will have detailed experience of TUPE, labour law, consultation and broader ER skills. You will be numerate, literate with well developed IT and HRIS experience.
