Senior IT Programme Managers

My client is embarking on several major transformation projects which will have significant impact on its IT organisation. I am seeking a number of world class transformation agents to drive specific IT programmes to help them effect this transition. Programmes will be focussed on technology-led change of processes and operating models to support a direct consumer base in offering a full range of services, mostly through online channels.

You must have in-depth transformation programme management experience from within large, complex, global organisations. In addition you must have worked in consumer-centric industries, i.e. retail and it must have involved a significant focus on e-commerce. Networking, relationship building and stakeholder management skills will be absolutely critical; your most dominant experience must be leading genuine transformation programmes. Although nominally based in Hampshire, you will travel extensively across Northern Europe.

This is a hugely important, high profile programme for the client, which is a household name, and as such the work carries a high degree of responsibility and accountability.
