Senior Landscape Architect - Hong Kong

This well known, award winning and highly respected Architectural practice is currently seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join their office in Hong Kong. Landscape Architects are a member of their creative team and you will actively be involved in diverse local and international projects.
To be considered for the role, you should posses the following:
• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related disciplines
• Excellent design and effective communication skills are essential
• Experience in working overseas or at an international environment
• 20 years or above design and management experience in landscape architecture
In this role, you will be working on a wide range of projects including but not limited to; large scale residential, mixed use development, urban design, hotel and resort schemes.
In your role, you will be required to:
• Provide directions and guidance on site planning, project management, project presentation, landscape design, and graphic presentations/
• Oversee and supervise the preparation of specifications and tendering documentations.
• Assure quality control for design, graphics, production and project management.
• Supervise on the preparation of landscape construction drawings and / or plans for submission to clients, government agencies, and / or for Tender to contractors.
• Develop general design direction for individual projects.
• Approve the Tender Report prepared by the Project Manager / Landscape Architect before issuance to clients and architects under the direction of Managing Director / Project Director.
