Extreme passion and knowledge of Lean methodologies with experience in implementing, coaching and mentoring, is what is required for this leading independent logistics company. Pioneers in Lean thinking and working across various industries and sectors has made this organisation a market leader in Lean methodology and consulting.
With continuous growth across all areas of the practise, a Senior Lean Practitioner is required to manage various projects and consult across an array and industries such as Public Sector, financial services, logistics, Rail, Automotive, Leisure, marine and manufacturing. This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Lean Practitioner to leverage their change management experience and Lean thinking to manage project teams of Lean experts within global organisations.
The Senior Lean Practitioner will have an in depth understanding of Lean principles and methodologies including the use of techniques such as Kaizen, continuous improvement, process improvement, process management, waste reduction, lean implementation and KPI management.
This role will be predominately based at client locations around the UK depending on your location and flexibility to travel is essential. The Senior Lean Practitioner duties will be split between Managing client projects and resources, Optimising and developing more junior practitioners and their effectiveness, managing client and internal communications around specifics of projects and preparing and initiating client projects.
