Senior/Managing Consultant – Insurance
London, Edinburgh - Scotland
Leading international consulting firm requires top calibre candidates specialising in insurance, to deliver major operational and business change initiatives, and assist with client management and business development.

As a high achieving thought leader, you will design and deliver projects in the insurance domain and undertake major change initiatives and business development.
Projects will span front and back office operations, shaping innovative solutions encompassing:
• Product and proposition development
• Change management
• Operational improvement
• Regulatory strategy and implementation
• Distribution planning
• Outsourcing and offshoring
Please check that you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
• Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry
• Specialist knowledge of L&P or GI
• Good understanding of back office operations and processes, with an appreciation of the relationships with front office
• Operational projects experience gained within the sector, either as a management consultant or gained within an internal consulting role
• Personal responsibility for managing projects / workstreams
• Intellectual rigour and sharp analytical capability.
