Senior / Managing Consultant

Exciting opportunity to join a niche business change/transformation specialist consultancy.
Our client is a highly successful, niche business change and transformation consultancy. Working closely with a range of high profile clients, they address commercial, operational and organisational issues, always aiming to deliver lasting business performance improvement.
In order to maximise new business opportunities and to achieve its own 5 year plan for growing the business, our client is currently seeking to add to its permanent consulting team by recruiting both a senior and managing consultant. Both candidates will work on the front line, delivering business change and transformation projects, and take real accountability for their role in transforming their clients’ businesses. Furthermore, Managing consultants will play a key role in the management and growth of the business.
The successful candidates will have an appetite for helping clients achieve results. They will have prior experience in designing and managing projects/programmes and in leading the delivery of business change or transformation engagements. Furthermore they will have a desire to join a smaller firm and the ambition to shape and develop the organisation. Managing consultants will also have experience of business and client development and, ideally, a mix of consultancy and line management experience

• Educated to degree level
• Expertise in Business Change, Transformation and/or Business Process Re-engineering.
• Extensive Project/Programme management experience
• Currently working either in consultancy or in a corporate (but with previous consulting experience)
