Senior Marketing Manager (B2B)

This role heads up the B2B marketing team for a market leading international eCommerce giant. A well respected brand and operating in literally hundreds of countries, it is clear that this company have carved their own niche into the market.
The overall purpose of this role is to define and deliver the marketing strategy for the B2B side of the business in UK, and further grow their share of the eCommerce market. Having a multiple directions this role will be very focused on new customer acquisition with CRM becoming a focus over time.
You will also be responsible for:
- A £2 million marketing budget
- Tracking and measuring the impact of activities to show clear ROI
- Directing the B2B marketing team to deliver creative through the line acquisition marketing campaigns (This includes: Press, Online, Email, Direct mail and Search)
The Team:
You will develop, direct and manage existing team of 3, and lay plans for continued growth of team.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
- Experience in delivering on and off line campaigns
- A pragmatic attitude, enough to get stuck in the execution
- Be comfortable driving marketing activities across a range of segments (From small businesses to SME's to very large blue-chips.)
Ideally you will hold an MBA and have industry experience across selling software, telecoms, IT, eCommerce packages or payment solutions.
