Senior Operations Director

Leading global provider of products, services and consultancy for the fixed and mobile communication markets.

Overall project management responsibility for the delivery of an effective Managed Services project to a large international mobile operator client. Reporting responsibility to internal and external stakeholders


· 10 years operations operator experience
· Customer relationship skills for CxO level
· Project Governance & Assurance management
· Mobile and Fixed networks experience ( Mobile is a must )
· Financial and operational performance management : compliance and critical risks analysis
· Project Management Office liaison with Global Manage Services organisation : best practices and experience sharing management
· e2e processes modeling
· Subcontractors management and assessment
· Partners performance assessment and tracking
· Transformation program steering : define and implement the necessary transformation to improve service delivery efficiency and cost
· English / Spanish speaker
