Senior Programme Commercial Manager

My client is a key player in UK transport infrastructure, who currently require a Senior Programme Commercial Manager to join their regional operation in London.

The Role:
Your role will see you take responsibility for the strategic management of all pre and post contract commercial activity undertaken by various teams across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Contracts & Procurement, you will work alongside the Senior Procurement Manager to agree on contract strategy and necessary timescales. You will identify a robust procurement programme for all schemes including suitable contractors and consultants to support development and procurement processes. You will lead commercial disputes and review and confirm the accuracy of all periodic reports. You will provide explanation for all variances to relevant business Heads, and provide feedback on pre-contract processes that meet sponsor and client requirements. You will establish controls and audit procedures that ensure adherence to organisational procedures and those of relevant stakeholder groups.
