Senior Project Manager - Specialist Software Business/Consultancy - Surrey 70K + benefits package + potential commission

Growing niche Software Consultancy specialising in Insurance Claims software based in Surrey require a strong mobile Senior Project Manager to manage client projects, allocate and coordinate the work of 2/3 Project Managers and lead technical Developers assisting with the implementation of the software working on the projects from inception to completion.
The company develop and implement specialist Insurance software. Travel is likely and whilst some work can be done from home the role involves travelling to one or two client sites. You will have worked to structured methodologies and you will be introducing these methods into the business as it grows. You are likely to be working for a Major consultancy or have worked for a number of insurance companies.You will be involved in managing the clients expectations through out the project lifecycle helping to design , build and deploy the optimum solution for your customers

The ideal candidate will have


+ Indepth Project management skills gained in a major consultancy where they have dealt with Insurance claims ( experience must be across 2-3 lines of Business)
+ Structured methods experience (PRINCE SSADM)
+ Strong Reporting skills
+ Requirement gathering skills
+ Strong communication skills
+ Enthusiasm , Energy coupled with a pragmatic personality
+ The ability to communicate with clients and build up an understanding of their business
+ Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different situations
+ The ability to prioritise
+ Mobility and flexibility to work away from home
