About the Role
A key member of the senior team, you’ll lead the management and delivery of a wide range of rail related multi-disciplinary projects. It’s a senior challenge that will involve managing and motivating large inter-disciplinary teams (both internal and external), managing large budgets to time/programme, cost and quality, engaging with all the key stakeholders, and ensuring this is all done safely and in line with all the key standards. You’ll also play a role in business/financial/succession planning and assist in negotiating final accounts.

About You
To succeed in the high-level role, you’ll need a successful track record of managing, directing and delivering large multi-disciplinary rail related projects. It’s also essential that you have a degree in a technical or project management discipline and a relevant professional qualification such as MAPM, MICE, MIStructE, MIMechE, MBCS, etc. You should have gained your experience with a major consultant/contractor.
