Rate: £53K to £55K (Permanent) + Full Benefits Package

Progressive multi disciplinary property consultants specialising in commercial, warehousing and distribution requires a Senior Project Manager.

Candidate:
Strong project management and client team leadership are essential. Membership or part qualified RICS or CIOB with experience in private practice or in contracting/developing.

Responsibilities:
You will take responsibility for all aspects of a project from commission to completion and also oversee smaller projects that are being looked after by junior members of the Project Management team. You will be based from the W1 Office..
