Senior Quantity Surveyor - Central London

Ref: : Senior QS - Central (CM Associates)
Location: : West London - London City/Central, London West, South East
Rate: £50K to £55K (Permanent) + Full Benefits Package

Company:
National multidisciplinary main contractor based in Central London requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Candidate:
You will be from a strong surveying background where you have been working as a contractors QS. Ideally you will have a related degree or equivalent practical work experience.

CSCS card – construction surveying, MRICS or MCIOB are desirable. You will have commercial awareness, communication skills, IT (MS Excel, Word, Outlook), time management, negotiation, basic management and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out Quantity Surveying function on small, medium or large sized projects or for leading, or carrying out elements of, the function as part of a surveying team on a major project.
