Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils Background!!

My client is a Quantity Surveying consultancy, specialising in providing support to contractors and clients within the construction industry.
Their in-house Surveyors have experience in a wide range of construction projects typically ranging in value from £0.5million to £30million and provide high quality interim support for short, medium or long-term construction or refurbishment projects.
They seek a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor from a civil background – you must have Civils Contractor experience within the areas of Civil Structures, Rail, Utilities, Highways or Marine Works and knowledge of NEC Contracts.
Typical tasks will include forecasting, cash flow forecasts, cost/ value reports, valuations, variation accounts, sub-contract procurement and management, re-measurement and final accounts.
You will have demonstrable experience and a solid track record of employment combined with a hard working and ambitious attitude. You must be eligible to work in the UK and must have strong communication skills, confident speaking to a variety of people. You will be personable and able to fit in to a team easily as you will be required to work in a variety of places on long term contracts.
In return for your dedication and hard work you will receive a basic salary circa £55k, a performance related bonus up to 15% of salary, family private medical care, car allowance 10% basic salary, non contributory pension to be negotiated, lap top, mobile phone and 25 days annual leave.
