Senior Quantity Surveyor - D&B/Refurbs - Essex
Essex - London, South East
Our client a Multi Disciplinary Essex main contractor requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
They undertake New build and Refurbishment projects within the Residential and Commercial property sectors.
Project values range from £500,000 to £5 million.
They are also involved in Design and Build contracts, Speculative development and Land acquisition.
You will have had a successful Quantity Surveying background working on New Build/Refurb projects within the Residential/Commercial sectors where you commercial skills have helped achieve successful projects with maximum profit You will at times be required to mentor junior members of staff.
Ideally you will have a Quantity Surveying Degree or a relation qualification.
You will be based from their Essex office.
This position offers a salary in the region of £52,000.
