A specialist construction and fit-out contractor which operates throughout the UK, primarily working on hotel, leisure, residential apartments and retirement / health care projects are looking to recruit a number of talented Senior Quantity Surveyors for their Scotland, South Yorkshire, and South Eastern coastline area offices.
The majority of our work is undertaken on a design and build basis, creating, transforming, refurbishing or converting hotel, leisure and residential premises. Working to our Client's requirements our dedicated team are focused on the delivering of projects on time; on budget and without snags. Projects range from £2million refurbishment works through to £20million plus design & build contracts for some of the UK's top hotel and leisure brand names.
Due to increased workload and a strong succession of contracts in the pipeline they urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Aberdeen, Rotherham, and Folkstone teams. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be part of a site based team working on the £12 - 15m Design and Build of a 181+ bedrooms, pre-cast concrete hotels. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyors should have experience of working for a multi-disciplined national contractor on hotel schemes, with a proven track record of delivery, be it on new build or refurbishment projects.
Future projects will also be in and around the Aberdeen, South Yorkshire, and South East coastal areas so minimal travel will be required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading main contractor with excellent paths for progression in addition to an extremely competitive remuneration package.
Salary £50,000-£60,000 + car/car allow + pension + health care + bonus
