Self Employed Recruitment Consultant

The Company:
We are a niche recruitment consultancy operating within the Construction, Property and Engineering Sectors. Our core area is white collar commercial management and construction management staff on a temporary and permanent basis.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant from ideally a Construction/Property/Engineering background that can hit the floor running or an experienced construction professional that has the desire to earn a high end package.

This position is one with a difference as you will be paid 45% on every penny that you bring in with no threshold. Most companies pay a maximum of 25% on all billings over £30K a month but you will earn it on everything.

You will have access to an extensive database of clients and candidates and updated vacancy lists as well as advertising packages and PSL’s that have already been secured.

As this is a commission based role there will be NO basic salary but any good recruiter will see the potential to make a lot of money in commission.

Location:

You will have access to a company car for all candidate/client meetings so a full driving license is desirable.
